As part of our continued mission to help creative young talent flourish we have launched RHCAST ACADEMY.
The Academy provides first class training and coaching for children between the ages of 8 and 16.
Throughout the year we will be providing exciting and relevant workshops and courses for this younger age group, helping them prepare for a further education in musical theatre and potentially a long term career in the arts.

Louise Griffiths (Academy Co-ordinator)
Louise graduated from Performers Dance College in 1993 and went on to have a 20 year career as a professional dancer, which started in summer season at the Westcliff theatre - Cascade Revue, in Clacton-on- sea.
For 16 years then had the pleasure of performing as Dance Captain onboard many different cruise lines, including Celebrity, Saga, Fred Olsen and Voyages of Discovery, seeing many different countries around the world and becoming very well travelled.
Louise’s love of musical theatre has never gone away since returning home and sees as many Westend musicals as possible throughout the year.
